Info and Policy

Fee for Fall 2017/2018 full term art class is $390.00. A deposit of $100 per child will be due by September 15, 2017 to guarantee placement.  The balance is due upon the first class. Participating students who have not paid in full by the second week will not be allowed to continue. Any exceptions or special needs must be identified and approved PRIOR to the first class.  If a child chooses not to continue before the second class, an 80% refund will be granted. No refunds will be issued past the second class. Make-ups for students who are unable to attend are generally permissible, but must be prescheduled with Sue privately and are contingent on appropriateness of the class your child is temporarily joining.
Please note and follow the art calendar that will be provided, as there are a few random dates that a class may not be scheduled. If you are not sure, a schedule of classes is always posted in the art room to review.
Upon inclement weather, please leave an emergency phone number where you can be reached. I will contact you if a cancelled class is necessary. If you can walk here, we can CREATE!

Kindly fill out the registration form below and send it in with your $100 deposit or full payment before September 1, 2017. Please also take a moment to print out and complete the Photograph Permission Form regarding use of photos of your children's artwork on my web site.
